Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of mapmedics.com and the services MapMedics ("we", "us") provides. By requesting a checkup, opening a case, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them.
1. What we do
MapMedics is an independent consulting service that diagnoses suspended Google Business Profiles, corrects the underlying issues, and prepares and files reinstatement requests on your behalf. We also offer optional monthly plans for listing monitoring and improvement. MapMedics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. All reinstatement decisions are made solely by Google.
2. Pay-after-success reinstatement
- The free checkup costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. We may decline a case after review.
- Card on file: if we accept your case, you secure it by saving a payment card with Stripe ($0 at that time — nothing is held or charged).
- The fee: the flat fee quoted when your case is accepted (shown on our site in your local currency) is charged to your saved card only after your Business Profile is verifiably live on Google again.
- No win, no fee: if we cannot get your listing reinstated after exhausting the available appeal paths, you pay nothing and we close the case.
- Your part: you agree to provide accurate information, grant the profile access we request, and confirm the factual accuracy of your reinstatement request before we file it. We rely on what you tell us; knowingly false information voids the engagement and may result in the case being closed without reinstatement.
3. Subscription plans
- Billing: Listing Protection and Map Growth are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe on your saved card, starting the day you subscribe and renewing monthly until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime: reply to any MapMedics email or write hello@mapmedics.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges after that. We don't do retention scripts.
- Free-refile promise: if your profile is suspended again while your subscription is active, we refile your reinstatement case at no additional fee. This covers the same business location the subscription was purchased for.
- What Map Growth is not: we don't guarantee specific rankings — nobody honestly can. We guarantee the work: the monthly activities described at purchase, logged transparently on your dashboard.
4. No guarantee of Google's decisions
Reinstatement, rankings, and every other outcome on Google's platforms are decided by Google alone. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Our pay-after-success pricing exists precisely because outcomes aren't certain: if we don't succeed, you don't pay.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue during a suspension.
6. Trademarks
"Google," "Google Maps," and "Google Business Profile" are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe the services we provide.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its date above. Material changes to subscription terms will be emailed to active subscribers. Questions: hello@mapmedics.com.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
